Help Windows won't roll down

So I just got done installing the new podi stepper motor gauge and in the process I disconnected my battery. Now everything is back in but what I noticed is that my windows won't roll down with one push of the button. I hope I'm being clear they will roll down but I have to hold the button. Does anyone know if I can recode it to do that again. I looked on ross tech but couldn't find that. Any help would be great. BTW I do have a vag-com tool so if someone knows what code it is I can go in and get it fixed. TIA for any help.

Hold up on window switch till closed, release and hold up again till audible click is heard. Repeat for remaining 3. aka basic settings
