    Re: City lights

I bought the xenon match fogs from hoen also and they look great. I didnt want to melt the housings so never threw in the city's.

There is all this talk about wanting Xenon match city lights, and the various Led threads that have been popping up. Just do the simple thing and leave the city light plugged in but pull it out of the housing drop it down behind the reflective backing. Cheapest mod, because it costs nothing and now you dont have the ugly city interfering with the Xenon look.

Do you just pop open the back of the headlight? I'll give it a shot later tonight. I'm sure it looks much better.

Yeah, take pics. Do you have to take out that piece that runs into the MAF sensor that blocks the left headlight?

The cover has a plastic tab on top that you just push down.

You will not notice it. Plus if you agonize over it just buy a fake bulb/socket to fill the hole. $50 + for led's or whatever is just lame.

By the way if you guys have a hard time taking them out all you have to do is pull straight back and they pop out.

They are LED and bad ass. It does not look like a BMW. However, I think they look great on the 335i. I am not against BMW's. In fact, if I had my way, I'd have spent 50k and gotten a loaded 335i. But I couldn't, so I "settled" for an Audi. LOL
