    Grating/Dragging sound after BBK Install?????

    Sup everyone?
Well I installed my Alcon 4 Piston BBK, SS Lines on all 4 corners, and flushed the system with Super Blue Racing brake fluid..

After I bedded in the rotor and pads as jeremy from matrix integrated told me how to as per Stasis instructions the brakes stop on a dime! and no fade no loss of braking power at all... everything seems great as for mechanical performance... When ever im doing high speed braking im getting a whirling noise from the front which is normal because of the vented/slotted rotors and such, but when im doing low speed braking like 20mph - 0mph to a complete stop i hear a grating/dragging sound from the front passenger side...?????? the brakes dont squeek, screech, are anything... jsut this grinding/grating noise... seems as if its friction of the pads and rotors???

I have no clue as to what it can be, I must of took apart, inspected, and installed the passenger side caliper and rotor like 5 times... Everything looks brand new to tell you the truth, no abnormal marks or anything...

When im coming to a stop i can clearly tell its the passenger side the noise is coming from... the driver side doesnt seem to make the same noise, well atleast i cant hear it... I dont think the noise is audible enough for pedestrians to hear outside the vehicle either...

Also both of my passenger side cv boots are torn, and i have a replacement axle sittin here as we speak, just didnt have time to install it yet, but i wouldnt think that has anything to do with it, since the car never made this sound with the stock brake set up..

I know not alot of people seem to have this brake setup, but to anyone who has a bbk or knows someone who has this similiar issue or something... let me know.. thanks alot...

check to see if the nuts/bolts holding your hat to your rotor are snug if you're running a floating rotor type setup.

is your dust shield touching your rotor, it can happen on bbk installs.

I forgot to mention that this problem doesnt occur when the pads are cold, after 3-5 stops and the pads warm up a bit, the sound starts to appear...
