Bulbs for your clear corners..

I did the clear corner mod a couple months ago and left the amber bulbs in. When you look at it from the front the bulbs reflect and the whole parking light looks orange. So i ordered clear bulbs and put them in and lit up they look like crap. I am looking for a hyper white type of bulb to match, or come close to the head lights. any suggestions? Does Sylvania make anything? i can't navigate their website..

From what i have read, you can take the stock amber bulbs and hit them with a quick coat of silver spray paint. They will no longer look orange, but will still light up oragne. I havent tried this but, give it a go and lemme know

I went with Sylvania's. They have a silver marker bulb for a replacement. I forget the part number, but they're like $6 each and look great! They still flash orange when blinking, but are silver/clear when off.

Just go to your local auto parts store (I got mine at Pep Boys) and look up in their little index book which one exactly fits.

just go to advanced auto or pep boys and buy the silverstat bulbs.. They have liker a mirror blue tint to them.. they look good

negative, the silverstat bulbs still light up yellow so you don't look like a ricer with white turn signals

yeah you dont want them to light up white. just stick with the orange lights.
Correct me if im wrong and you might not even care but turn signals lighting up a different color is illegal i think.

Check out s-yo bulbs i think they are called they blend in very nice!

Not my car but same bulbs. These are the sylvania bulbs.

stick with the silverstars. They look blueish mirror color but they flash yellow. Any other colors or clear bulbs are more then likely gonna get you pulled over also. yellow is more euro

Stealth Auto bulbs FTW. They have a chrome finish to them so they match the housings very well and they light up amber. On a side note they also carry a life time warranty so you will never have to worry about them going out.

I ordered a set and one went out about a year later. When I called and informed customer service, they sent me a complete new set so I now have one extra. Here is a link to their website.

I just did my clear corners a couple weekends ago, and actually like the look more than I thought I would. These finally came in the mail today, so we'll see how they look:

Vast did the clear corner mod for me and I use white LED's that match my 8000k HID headlights and foglights, now all my front lights match

I use white LEDs aswell.


It's actually LEGAL to have either Orange or White in front for a turn signal.
However it is ILLEGAL to have white as a REAR turn signal.
