My missing piece. Rear lower mount bushing. Bilstein was of no help so I'll look for urethane replacements.

It has been sitting in the garage for a week. These springs are fairly stiff but the custom valved dampers are supposed to take the edge off. I've got to ditch the H-Sport front bar for a stock sport front (thanks djwimbo). Still keeping the rear though.

Re: something old, new, blasted, blue...

Got the fronts on but am taking them back off next week. I used the 500 pound S4 springs and it is a bit too high (about 1/2" higher than stock sport) so I ordered the 400 pound matched springs. The 500 lb springs will replace the Vogtlands on the S4 which now sits way too low for daily driving. They will be over Konis with H-Sport bars front and rear. The S4 will look stock but handle like a racer and be a nice sleeper.

I also have to get my hands on a set of rear shock bushings. Nobody has them in the right size and Bilstein says they aren't available. That just pisses me off since they are on every shock Bilstein makes for our cars and there seem to be plenty out there. Companies make polyurethane replacement bushings in the correct hourglass shape but the inside diameter and length are wrong. I'll have to order something close and then press in a metal tube to act as the bolt sleeve.
