xbox elite plus games

I am trying to sell my xbox 360 and games all together. I purchased it for myself this past Christmas. I have no time to play, thus it is like brand new, and is pointless to have. It has no damage, works perfectly, and has maybe 20 hours played on it. The elite has the hd cables, and looks great on high definition tvs.

-Xbox 360 Elite Console: Black with 120gb hard drive)
-HDMI digital AV Cable (For HD, doesn't come with premium xbox)
-Component AV Cable
-Network Cable
-2 wireless controllers (1 white and 1 black)
-Headset
-2 wireless controller chargers

-xbox live Silver (Never used)
*4 games included also: Call of Duty 4, GTA 4, Forza 2, Ultimate Alliance
-Receipt (So if any warranty issues occur, I think the elite has a longer warranty but not sure)
-All of the papers and original packaging/box
