AT6 or MT6 S5?

Today is my last day to decide if I want to change my transmission choice. My order needs to go through. Right now I'm sitting on the AT6 for comfort, convenience, and when spirited driving is necessary having both hands on the steering wheel.

I am a manual transmission fan at heart though. Thoughts anyone? Please!

get the manual... you know you'll regret it tomorrow if you go with an auto

Is the Auto, DSG? Never experienced DSG before, but I heard it is good.

if you are manual tranny guy then you Will regret it. Trust me i did that before. and god was i happy to go back into manual car again:)

The 6-speed in the car now is not a DSG. The DSG is amazing however. The 7-speed DSG for the S5 wont come out until Aug, 2010 as a 2010.5 model year. I can't wait that long.

I'm just so torn. Having both hands on the wheel is nice... paddles are nice... but no DSG is not. Grrr...

Yeah. I would say you are all right. I just called and asked to change it. I'm not sure if it is too late or not. We'll see.

I think there is a big difference between an auto in a car with 200hp and a four banger and one in a 4.2L V8 with 324ft lbs of torque. Just my $.02 since I've driven both.

No matter though, an manual is just more fun. They were able to switch my order. Thankfully now I'm still going to be an MT6 man!
