    Do this Carfax Document mean that this car has a salvaged/junk/not clean title? I don't understand what "guaranteed" means. Does that mean that even though the car doesn't have a clean title, it will still run fine?

    Yep means you're hosed...J/K

    Under "guaranteed" you see that it says "no problem". What I believe "guaranteed" means that none of those issues were reported by DMV. Say you bought the car and in fact found out that a DMV reported such failure, carfax will 'guarantee' that they will buy the car from you.

    I'm not really experienced with carfax reports but it looks to me that the car has a clean bill of health.
