Big Problems need help!!

What happens was the car is running stock programme.it feels awsome after the secong stage by the revo and extra file for the bigger injector, but problems occur, after few minutes of driving it goes back the stock performance, so I went to revo dealer have the fault code scan, it came out the o2 sensors problem so change the new sensor and is ok for a while it's happen again!
So they reflash the programme and change the stock injector and try,is the same, and the worst things is they could not find any fault code this time.
And now my car is just sitting there a week now no progress!!!
Any bros can help me.

Have them log your car in block 115 and see if your actual and requested boost levels are matching up. What injectors are you running?

Esc kit-36lbs/360cc injectors

Those injector work but I'd run the newer TT injectors. Old ones were 360cc, new version are 386cc. A program should not just "go back to stock programming" while driving unless they are loaded the 5hr demo flash in it. Do you have anything out of the ordinary hooked up to your cars electrical system? They need to log your car's actual vs requested boost levels in block 115 and log at wide open throttle to see if you are getting the boost levels you should be...

You mean my stereo and Gps system.

Make sure the software they are trying to load is not the 5hr demo software and is indeed the real thing. They will know if it has taken to your ecu if your requested and actual boost levels match up in block 115. This shop does have access to vag-com and can log your car with a laptop while driving correct? If not then, damn...

Yes, they do use the vag com to log in while its driving. Today the revo dealer was saying could be the chip from the ECu. They will swapp another chip in and see is the problem of the chip.
Now they are waiting Revo (UK) headquarter for the programme.
