Loud brake noise!

Each time Im about the release the brakes, I hear a big clunk caused by the pads moving in the caliper. I had the springs changed last week and it did not help at all. I did a quick search on the board and many seemed to solve the problem by changing the springs, which is not my case.

Im really pissed and Im about to change the pads, even if they are new. I don't remember what brand I put in, but I would like some suggestions from you guys..good pads that WONT move inside the caliper.

I have the same issue on the front as I recently changed the pads to some cheap ones. I have been told to upgrade to better pads and it should fix the issue. I havent picked a brand yet but hear ceramics are a good choice.

i had the same issue with some pads. Mintex ones dont rattle like the raybestos(spelling) ones I had before. I dont like the way the mintex bite though compaired to the oem (pagid i think) did.
