a set of BBS RK's on its way for autoX and track.
btw, I sold the RS4 reps I'd bought from you....guess what, the buyer tricked me through paypal and there's a judgment by the court against him to pay, but he hasn't responded for the last several months.
I'm doing everything I can to convict him as a criminal and request the court to issue a warrant on him.
his name is Theo Odabe and he is graduating from UCR (21-22 years old).
he drives a late model VW Passat in gray/silver color w/ RS4 reps.
found out couple weeks ago he had been convicted on an eBay scam 5 years ago - he was only 16 back then!
I met his father, Chris, and he's as messed up as Theo.
there have been so many times I wish I did something terribly stupid to them.

if you or anyone knows this a-hole OR knows how to get his info, please let me know.

other than this, I'm doing alright

OMG i'm so sorry dude..that sucks. That's why I asked what you were rolling 'cause I saw you had them for sale / were going a different direction.

If you've filed a criminal claim and won a court judgment for payment, i'm not sure what else you can do. Maybe get a court order for wage garnishment if you can find out where he works?
