TC stall speed?

anyone know what the stall speed is one a stock torque converter?

This is sort of on topic but what exactly does the stall speed mean/translate to in an automatic tranny?

its basically when the engine rpms create enough force on fluid in the TC to make the car start moving..... like engageing the clutch in a stick
