I called Audi USA and they said it is non-transferable as it was CPO'd after a certain cutoff date :( That is a real bummer, but it is still covered by the original factory warranty for almost 2.5 years. Still in the free maintenance program too including brakes and everything for that period. I own the car outright, without any loan so the transaction would be very straight forward. Thanks again for looking!

Thanks for the kind words. I decided that I'm not going to sell to the PITA guy that I mentioned before. The car is paid for and I don't really need to sell. I love the car and I'm really torn anyway. If it sells I'm going to get something cheaper and just save the money towards a down-payment on a condo one day. If someone wants to meet my price and isn't being a total hassle then fine, otherwise, I'm not bothered by keeping it! I've got warranty for another 4.5 years, and no payments to make :)

This car is my first automatic! For one, it is a great auto in this car, and for the kind of driving I do these days, it can't be beat. At this point in my life I'm over manual transmissions, and there is no downside in my opinion with the modern autos. That wasn't always the case but I'm really amazed at what they've accomplished with the autos these days.

I think the type of car you drive will define the auto or manual option, unfortunately this particular car is in high demand in a manual. where in oc you at?? I'm in mission viejo.
