Unhappy Help a noob ID a part

I was poking around my engine bay and I found a loose part I can't easily identify. I have the part number but my googling has been fruitless so far. I was hoping someone with a part list or bentley manual could tell me what it is and where it goes.

It looks to me to be some sort of cover - translucent white, semi-tubular with two different end diameters.

According to ETKA, it is a covering for the headlight washer pump.

That is the crankcase ventilation pressure regulator valve.
