your engine coolant teps like and your oil temps? I have a FMIC and a electric fan and it went a hair over the half way point at idle for a bit. Once i got it out on the open road it cooled off. how about yours

102F outside temp, AC fullblast and idling for 20 minutes. Oil temp didn't go above 225F. My Spal controlled EFK is automatically on hi when AC is on.

never saw the oil temps go over 250, coolant stayed straight up. this is on a stock cooling system, and not exactly babying the car, but mixed hwy and in town with jaunts into boost.

I've been keeping it out of boost. The highest my oil temp has gone for the past couple days was 225. Coolant temp hasn't gone past half.

i havent driven it! haha, and if i did, i didnt go into any more than 5-10 lbs of boost for more than a quick sec. its too hot to be pushing it for me. my oil temps and coolant temps fine. even after short drive in town came home just popped the hood halfway so that the engine could get some cool air and the hood was shading it haha

I always leave my hood open for about 10 mins after a long drive or on a hot day. The cooler the better, I think.

nothing past 225 for me. sounds like that fmic is really blocking your rad's airflow, but obviously you knew that would be a issue

Glad to know that I'm not the only one who pops the hood every once in a while to cool the engine.

I too try to stay out of boost and just cruise below the 3k rpm mark. We are getting into the 90's here this week so I'll idle the car afterward for a few minutes to cool it down, and that's only if I've been driving really mild.

shit man my collant temp is always at the mid mark but ive seen m oil hit 250 here in fl racing to lambos lol but its normally stays below 250 unless racing and i by no means baby the car .... and ps i noticed alot lower oil temps on k04's compared to k03's btw

yeah....except we're talking about oil temps chief.....225 would be overheating with coolant....a fmic wouldn't make your oil temps go up

All City Driving for me in heavy traffic. Temp has been in the high 90's with heat index over 100. Temps in the car have remained pretty norm. Oil was a tick higher and so was coolant. But other than that looked pretty good

Mostly highway AC on oil got to around 225 coolant didnt go past dead center. Stock cooling just flushed coolant and did water pump and timing belt 3 days ago so Im glad everything is fresh

coolant always in the middle, i have frountmount without eletric fan and i run my AC full blast, never had an issue. Also my driving isn't to agressive but i flow with the traffic.

Forgive me Chief I meant the oil cooler which prob isn't blocked now anyways if he moved it for the fmic so yes i was mistaken
