Im down. I should have the S4 back from induktion by the end of the week. I guess we would have to make this happen this weekend? Possibly Saturday or sunday? Maybe get some lunch then do a little shoot? Let me know.

Dont worry about the dent....I only shoot my passenger side right now because someone hit my fender and i cant go without my car for that long to get it fixed

Deadline is the 20th so it will have to be this weekend. 30% - 40% chance of T-Storms for Sat and Sun in the Baltimore, DC, NOVA area.

New here so it should prove interesting to see some of you guys and your cars. They're calling for various models and years. Looks like we have the following so far:

03 A4 1.8T - me
01 A6 Avant - bigmerle
97/03 A4 1.8T - NyteEscape (which are you bringing?)
00 A4 1.8T - pho1n1x (shooting only his good side, it's all about the angles)
01 S4 - 2k1audiS4 (safe to asssume the year because of your login?)

Suggestions on location?

I also habe a Nikon D80 but to be honest.....I have VERY little knowledge on how to use it....but if no one else knows how to take sick photos I have a buddy who I can talk in to going hopefully

Nikon D80, cool. It's quite easy, you look through this tiny hole in the back and you point the roundy thing at the cars. :) Are we actually trying to win this thing? Thought it might just be fun to post pictures here from MAR.

I guess we're shooting at Ocean C. S4shpion, where are you and the family staying and can you accomodate 6 - 8 more people? :D

lol OC's pretty far for me too... actually it's really far for me XD... Thunderstorms and rain could prove to make for an interesting shoot i think... Sunday's probably the best for day but I'm not 100% sure about this weekend yet. I'll probably know for sure tomorrow night though.

Yea sunday somtime after 1PM would be best for me. I have to get some stuff done around the house in the AM. But yea you were right to presume. Its a 2001.5 Santorin S4. LOL I have a broken fog light and a small gash in my rear bumper though. So we will have to get the right angle on my car as well.

Me and my baby would love to come out but OC is way too far for me. Plus she is still almost bone stock so its kinda boring......Annapolis or Bmore somewhere I'd be able to handle if you ever do one around here.

I was only teasing about OC. So is the concensus Sunday afternoon between 1pm - 4pm? Nobody has suggested a location yet. Only idea suggested was graffiti. I would hate to just be in a concrete parking lot.

Weather looks the same at 30% T-Storm. It looks like the deadline was moved to the 22nd. If we're not even going after that anymore and just want to get together, we can do a rain date to the following weekend which looks to be sunny.

So we have a couple who are still bone stock (mine is, too), a dented hood, dented fender, broken fog, gashed bumper, and "crap" wheels. This WILL be an interesting photo shoot.

Unless we decide now to postpone to another weekend, everyone stay tuned and until we hear otherwise from bigmerle that Sunday is not pushing through due to weather, we're on. Now we just need a location...

Why is everyone from MD and western Northern VA? I have actually yet to run across a post where someone is from eastern end of Fairfax (annadale, springfield, east falls church), Arlington, and Alexandria!

Anywho, I want to come along and do it...just depends on date and time.

Won't be able to do these following dates:

* Mandatory IRR formation this saturday (6/14)
* HIN @ FEDEX FIELD THIS SATURDAy (6/14)
* Possible beach trip to Myrtle on 6/20-22
* Prep and start date of Police Academy on 6/30 till december. (But I see if I can squeeze a weekend in)
