    i have a test pipe and my tips are all black in side how can i get all the black off

    Why care about the inside? Anyhow, this is what I would do.

    Stock - steel brush on a drill at high speed.
    Stainless - Mildly Abrasive Scotch-Brite on a drill at medium speed.

    Mothers metal polish. Even Noxon works. No need for a drill or steel wool.

    yeah you just need Mothers or try Eagle One's metal polish and some elbow grease. Should work just fine.
