    Powdercoat yes or no?

Is it worth the money to re-send it to the OEM DPE manufacturer or can a local shop dress and do a good job? I am thinking of powdercoating them

    1. Everything matte black (including the lip, leave the rivets chrome)

    2. Blue lip (leave the wheel aluminum polish finish)

    3. other suggestions are appreciated...

Negatory on the matte black. Blue lip maybe. I'd spend the money on sport springs or c/o's instead.

I'd buy some wheel polish for your lips and call it a day :P I love brushed alluminum wheels though so maybe i'm biased.
