    Transmission fluid change...

Hey guys, I'm changing my transmission fluid, and I've switched out the filter and everything, and now I'm adding the new transmission fluid. I'm assuming it goes into the port on the side of the transmission/drive shaft, just behind the filter pan. But my car is up on jacks, and when I shift it into drive, nothing happens and the wheels don't move, even when I give it some gas. Also, I don't feel like I've added nearly as much fluid as I drained out, but it overflows out of that side port like it's full and I can't get anymore in. Any ideas?

    Re: Transmission fluid change...

you were probably adding ATF into your front differential fill plug. The fill plug on the transmission is on the very bottom of the transmission oil pan, right next to the drain plug.
