DTM package question

In the market for a 07-08 used S4. I really like the DTM package but a lot of these used cars don't have it. My questions are:

1) Would it be cheaper if I just have a local shop order and install it or should I find a car that comes with it?

2) Does the DTM package have to come from Audi or are there any replicas?

3) Is the DTM package available for 07 S4's, too or just 08's?

Most people I have talked to have had it as a factory option. So if you did this you would have to buy a new car factory direct. However, it saves you the headache of having to find the parts and a decent shop.

And yes, DTM package is compatible with any B7 model (05.5-08)

All you'll really have to do is figure out what to do with your foglights if you switch to a DTM front bumper.

he's "in the market" meaning he hasn't bought it. FOR SURE ordering with DTM is the way to go. Much cheaper, the whole package is 1500

Definitely, but is Audi still taking orders for B7's? I thought that stopped.

If it suits your fancy, you should buy an avant and get the DTM package. They were not produced that way, So your car would be totally unique!!!

Why isnt there a DTM club yet like the B6 Ultrasports have???

Every other avatar in this thread is a DTM.
