Hello,

This is my first post to this great forum,
I have an 04 s4 and I want to mount wider tires on my stock wheels ( Avus 18's ) currently running 235 40 18 and would like to mount 245 40 18's. Is there any problem with this set up in terms of rubbing ( stock suspension for now )

235/40-18 is the only size we guarantee to fit without rubbing. Maybe someone has run this size and can comment ?

I have run these on my B6 S4 with no issues at all. I ran them as my winter set with PzeroNero M+S and snow traction was great.

I just got some Pilot A/S in the same size, so I'll let you know after this winter.

I have the exact same question... To be more specific, I plan to run the same size tire OP asked about on either a 18x8.5 +35 or 18x8 +35 wheel.

245/40R18 will fit on any wheel between 8.00 to 9.50 wide, but maybe EYE can share the offset that will make that work.

Doc,

Tires were mounted on your 18" ASA ST-4's. They're now going on the '06 BBS CH (Audi OEM on S4 Cab). I don't recall the offsets.
