This is a COMPLETE USP bumper. It's all OEM and complete. Upper, lower, grills, etc. Not the lip conversion.

I am just seeing if their is LOCAL interest in this since I am gonna sell my car. I would prefer someone else in San Diego with a DG that is willing to swap and add cash.
