Starting troubles

Hey all, i just bought my first Audi a month or so ago and everything has better wonderful. Until last night when i got out of work, when i turned the ignition it was very hesitant to turn over,but after a few seconds it did. Didn't think much of it, drove home and went to bed. Wake up this morning and the same thing, drive around the block, turn the engine off and then back on and it started up perfectly. I was home most of the day so every few hours i went and took the car for a spin to see if anything changed. Same result: after the car sits a few hours, very hesitant start, once started 1x turns over perfect after that. My car is a 02 A4 3.0 with 48k

Any thoughts?

I'm having this exact same problem, except last night the car just flat out would not start after leaving it with the flashers and parking lights on for 10 min. I am assuming its the Battery so I went out and bought a new one but didnt realize there is a bolt that I needed to get out under the strut brace to get the bettery out. I stopped trying to deal with it at 10pm and will go back to it this afternoon after work and see if I can get the battery in and that was the problem or not.

i dunno if we have the same problem, yours sounds like a battery issue, my car has a very strong start, the engine just wont turn over easily
