How do I remove the front headrest & Is there an airbag in the front seat?

    Hi,

I was looking at my passenger seat (trying to get the headrest off) & I saw on the side (near the door) it said airbag. Is there an airbag in the seat? I was planning on running some wires down the headrest but if there is an airbag, I am a little concerned. Is it for the rear seat or something?

BTW, how do I get that headrest off - just push the button & pull on the headrest?

    Thanks,
    Rich

It comes out from the lower door side of the seat to protect you from slamming sideways into the door. I don't think anything comes out of the actuall heardrest though.

the air bags are in the side bolster of the seats....nothing in the actual headrest

Is it safe to run a cable through the hole in the headrest down to the bottom of the seat? I wouldnt want to tangle the wire around the airbag.

How does the headrest come out (just pull)?

Didn't your car come with a manual...?
I'd never believe I'd see questions like these before...

The time you spent writing in here, would solve your problem if you' ve just read the manual....Think about it
