034 : SPA Turbo Manifolds in Stock"

Thats right folks,the SPA manifolds are in stock and we are working with SPA to bring you a complete kit for 400+HP (yes that means 600hp...800hp...etc etc).

Downpipes and silicone intake kits will be available soon but for right now only the manifolds are available for the DIY'ers out there.

Cast exhaust manifold for the 1.8t longitudinal A4 application, top mount application puts the turbo up high near the cylinder head leaving plenty of room for intake plumbing and MAF installations.

Cast from Ductile Iron for high temperature resistance, includes flange locations for T3 turbine and Tial 38mm wastegate.

There are plenty of B6's that have already gone BAT, but just dont ask me how I know.

I love it so far. IC routing is easy, intake routing is a little tight, but easily workable even with 4 inch all the way through.
If you're running a open dump, wastegate sitting is good, if you're running a return, it can be a little tight.

I can't wait, class ends Sat and I'm fed up at work. No more 80 hr work weeks, I am taking my life back until they prove the equal commitment I've given them. So this means we need to do some pulls and videos when we both have tuning dialed to the desired thresholds for each of the setups Spare time FTFW!

Running well, h20/meth installed pictures up soon (nice little setup I finish up tomorrow night I hope. Poops helped with last weekend. We were trying to avoid trunk mounted reservoir etc....I had to wait for line I ordered and had to grab additional items last Saturday at Extreme PSI). Gotta finish tuning still, but all is well. Kev's turbo is the SPA 70-63M.

What year is your car? It makes a huge difference if you're a 2001.

it's a passat 2002 MY so we could assume same arrangement as a 2001 A4 B5

SAI delete, Catch Can or dump and MAFless for you is possible. You can simply run just a filter and have no TIP if you so desire. Contact UNItronic directly for your tune, not a retailer for this.

I already did that (contacted UNI) but it seems I do need to run a TIP becouse the cone filter has no room to simply attach to the turbo.It will go prolly in the space occupied by the SAI.

Use a reducing 90* elbow or go with a full GT28rs with a 3" inlet. I have a 4" inlet shown in the pictures on page 1. The intake track twist around to shoot back and places the filter where the stock airbox was.

But with no MAF you don't have this issue:) Just run a HKS Mushroom filter.
