    What the heck?(turbo whine content)

So I took the whole entire exhaust off my car yesterday to weld a new flexpipe in and when I reinstalled I now have a turbo whine... what gives??? it was never there before. I did some googleing and have found that it may also be an exhaust leak... is this possible? The noise only happens above 7 psi of boost and sounds like a referee's whistle. thanks in advance for any help.

A large possibility it is the flex section that is making the whistling noise. I manage a Midas shop and maybe 2 out ouf 50 will make a whistling sound

crap lol. It would be my luck I would get a noisy one. I noticed that the band clamp after the DP is egged out so I ordered a new one from the dealer also ordered a new gasket for between the turbo/cat. I think I'm going to try to remove the exhaust at the band clamp back and that should rule out that connection.
