Ok so i took my battery out yesterday to check the water drains under it. So i put the battery back in and the car does some wierd stuff, such as emergency flashers wont turn off, and couple dashboard light wont go off. ANyway i get the emergency flashers to go off, but the dash light are staying on even when the car is off. I finally get all the lights off. Next day (this morning) my car wont start, i dunno if any lights came back on during the night or not. SO i get the battery a jump and it cranks right up, but then after a few min the car shuts off by it self and wont start. Have to jump it again, cranks right up and stays running. I then turn it off and try to turn it back on and it wont crank, no sound, nothing. i m charging the battery now and thing says it still has juice. Is this battery problem or what?

I don't know about the wierd light thing but it sounds as though your battery may be on its last leg after being discharged...

the lights are normal after having the battery disconnected, it takes a cycle or two for running for them to go off... i would think the car could still run even on a dead battery though, i had one on mine and it would run fine but couldnt crank itself back up... new battery fixed my problem.. perhaps have autozone check it out... maybe you fried something?
