    Shock tower bolts

So I've been having some strange noise/feel whenever I step on an imperfection on the road at low speeds. Searched the whole suspension under the car and everything seemed/felt ok. Then I popped the hood and found that one of the shock tower bolts is missing a washer. My question is, can I just remove the bolt, place the washer and screw the bolt back? without having to lift the car or removing anything else? I think I should be fine, I mean, the shock mount should not move since its loaded and still having to bolts holding it...

    Re: Shock tower bolts

you should be fine.. but a missing washer probably won't solve your problem it the bolt was tight..
