I installed a boost gauge this morning to keep track of my boost levels, I always thought my car was lagging a little and was not surprised that I only spike at 10psi and then settle @ 9psi. Reading a few threads I noticed that most people are spiking @ 18psi and holding 15-16 depending on the gear.
When I got my car back after a new motor, clutch and K04 install the shop told me that they kept the tuning down to keep the new motor and clutch safe for break in. I thought this was the reason why my car felt slow, I finally decided to up the boost and drove 50 miles to a somewhat local REVO dealer. When I got there the guy told that I am maxed out with the following settings:
Boost: 9
Timing: 4
Fuel: 9
I also remember the tech telling me that they put in a stock boost spring (blue spring) in the Forge DV007PA Side Port Diverter Valve they installed, I called Forge to ask which spring I should use and they told me that for boost levels between 15-20psi I should use the yellow spring with a spacer. I swapped the springs and still only 10psi.
I've also had a separate issue outlined in the thread below regarding my oil pressure light going off under low rpm's:

Also came to find that my a/c stopped working after I got my car back, I didn't realize it until Friday when it got too hot an I turned my a/c on to find no cold air. My fans turn on and the system is completely full.
At this point and with recommendations of a few shops I think my only option is to take the car back to them, considering I'm still under warranty. Hopefully all these issues will be fixed at no or little $$$ out of my pocket.
I have a few days off next week as my baby girl is due on Wednesday, sucks that I have to take time away from my baby and drive 100+ miles with no a/c to drop the car off, then rent a car to get back home.
Considering it took 2 months for me to get my car back the first time, who knows how long it will take them now as its "warranty" work.
The only thing that's keeping me cool right now is the thought of seeing my baby for the first time in a few day, car problems or not I feel on top of the world right now.
Sorry for the long rant, just had to get it out of my system.
