It may be unbelievable to you, but I have to live it. I drive down Knight street all the time so I'll be seeing allot of our little cardboard friend there. All they're good for are heart attacks every time you see them.

I dont get the point. If these things are unsupervised, people will just kick them over or tag them. if they do have them looked after, why doesnt the guy watch the road instead of the fake cutout?

At first I thought this was stupid, but now its insulting. How many drunk drivers will they catch with these cutouts? Christ, why not eliminate all cops and just put fake CCTV cameras everywhere. They seem to think they can be replaced by cardboard, so why keep paying their wages?
