    Stop Slip

I know they make transmission stop slip for transmissions that are on there way out. My question is will this stuff buy me some extra time with my CVT that is starting to get jerky? I think I need the car to last about another month or so before I have the funds to fix it.
If this stuff won't work does anyone know of anything that might make it last another month? I drive it daily and I just want to make sure it lasts long enough for me to fix.
    Thanks!!

uhm well a CVT is no conventional tranny, i would say if it had actual gears like a tiptronic maybe, but CVT uses belts so i don't think so!
