this is the first thing i've done to my car, and actually the first real work i've ever done on any car
took me longer than i expected but it was fun and worth the money. just got back from driving through the mountains(highway 9) and the car is much funner to drive. on my next free weekend ill be putting in bilstein sport struts and neuspeed shocks. i also want a set of rs6 replicas but today i noticed my rear control arm is literally only about an inch from my tire. are 18 inch rims gonna fit?? this is a prefacelift 2.8l 30v.oh ya one more thing, i picked up a magnaflow 163739292 whatever, i forget the numbers, its the universal one everybody has with the 2 1/2 inch tips. i was planing on getting it put on once my car is coming together a bit more but today i was looking at the stock muffler an noticed the piping doesn't come out the back like on the magnaflow, it comes out to the right, i've seen the magnaflow on tons of 6 cylinder audi's, is it gonna fit on mine?
