    Just replaced rotors and brake pads but...

    Pad material may cause low speed squeeling.

    i think its a squeal. it only happens from 10mph - 5mph

    Some pads ARE noisy. What did you use, since you didn't say originally?

    I used oem brake pads and rotors...

    How did you bed them in? There is a procedure, and you may know it, but it's not clear what you did from your posts.

    There is a prescribed process for bedding. Stops from 30, repeated several times. Do again at 50. Also try backing up at 10+ mph and then bedding in reverse several times. Some manufacturers differ, but everyone I know practices such a procedure. Once bedde, do a couple of hard stops to true them up in the caliper.

    Nonetheless, some materials squeal at low speeds.
