Hey, I have an 2004 a8l that seems to be having some Park Assist trouble, for some reason when i first turn on my car it starts immediately going off when there is nothing even close to the front or back of my car. Does anyone have any ideas of what might be causing this.... Also i just realized the front passenger headlight ( secondary smaller xenon light next to the big headlight) has burned out. Is there anyway to easily fix this... If so what type of bulb is this... and how much will it cost.... Thanks so much

A vag-com will tell you the fault code for the park assist.

If you're technically inclined, perhaps you can replace the faulty sensor (if that's what the code reads) and complete the circuit, so it works properly.

Other than that, dealership will want some of your hard earned money to fix it right.

    Re: A8 Problem's

Ok thanks guys, i dont have a vag-com, but I have learned to get used to the park assist problem, and i am currently getting different price quotes for fixing the headlight..... Cant believe that it may be in the 500-900 dollar range for a damn headlight.Any other suggestions would be appreciated.....
