New wheels: do I need spacers?

I just upgraded from 15" rims to 17" rims with 235/45 tires. They are original Audi rims and I have a 2001 A4.

^^^this is the style of wheels i got

My questions is, do I need to get spacers or anything else for proper fitment, or will it fit fine?
They have a 5x112 bolt pattern. I plan to get an alignment as well.

They should fit fine. But if you were looking for more of an aggressive look, then spacers should be used. I would recommend H&R hub centric spacers if you were looking to purchase some.

Re: New wheels: do I need spacers?

i just sent my 17" oem audi rims with 5x112 bolt pattern, (same pattern as what is on the 01 A4 correct?), to get mounted and aligned. The shop calls me back and says they don't fit, the back of the wheel is hitting the control arm... I believe the rims are from an 04' A4, i thought they would fit for sure. Anybody have any experience with this?

-Where could I find spacers for the best value?

Offset may be too high and hitting inner suspension parts. H&R for one of the best high quality spacers.
