Icelink issues

So I bought the icelink from a fellow AZ member and it was working just fine. Now when I plug my touch in, it just says "Accessory Attached" When I go to the music... It does charge when it is on it... Anyone experience anything similair?

My icelink just started to go screwy yesterday. It now won't let me switch it to where I control the ipod on itself. Different issue though

So I tried using my fiance's Nano and it worked in the icelink but you cannot control the songs from the ipod itself but only with the stereo? I also tried using the ipod touch with my Xbox and it doesn't work there either??? WTF???

Accessories for older iPods dont always work with the iPod touch or iPhone

I think you go to CD6 on the changer then push either song forward or fastforward, I don't remember, to highlight user ipod something option, then when highlighted push either song forward or fastforward (the opposite one from above) to select it. Then you should control it on the ipod rather than the HU. Sorry it's vauge and likely wrong ha

I know that when I updated the software on my ipod it quit working with my xbox 360 as well. The same thing may have happened with the icelink if you have recently updated your ipod software
