    JHM Shifter install help

    Question for you guys. How many of you actually used that dealy in the video that measures the percent of the angle when you do the adjustment?

    For my B7-A4, i did. Its $10 at a local hardware store...DO IT! Seriously, without it...it was major PIA.

    I was too cheap to buy the magnetic gauge so this is what I did. I cut out 2 pieces of poster board for the 2 required angles. I held the cut out parallel to a square(the tool not the shape) with a level on it and tilted the shifter until the bubble on the level was centered. I did this for both directions. If you do it this way make sure the cut out has a 90* corner on it or it won't work.
