Whats the biggest turbo that someone can safely go with stock internals?

Super60 is sweet turbo for 1.8t but seems not that common in Audi community.

This is true on both accounts, my friends t3s60'd 20th screws and yes its not common on the Audis (although I remember a gold stock looking b5 running one I think...)

No reason why an Audi cant run one

also have to throw in elevation when determining this.

i run a 28rs at ~21psi daily w/meth and im not at all concerned of anything.

but i also know 2 GTI's that run around my town, 1 with a 2871r and another with a 3071r. both at 20-22psi w/no meth and on stock motors.

we're up at 4300ft, so we don't make as much power as we would down at sea level

t3s60 has such great spool due to T3 flange and it's 1/2 the price of the 28rs, it would be nice if someone put a kit together, pretty sure REVO BT software would work just fine

Any other brand turbo with about the same flow and wheel sizes as a 28 series will work with REVO BT.
