The PES tune is for a T28/GT28r or any similar turbo it will work with.

The dump tube was used, for about 600 miles.

im open to offers on that. And honestly, i dont know. I mean i COULD pressure test it to see when it opens. You could always adjust it too, i am pretty sure. I never used it.. But it does have a little use.

what is it tuned for? I know the turbo but does it need an IC, fpr, injectors etc?

440cc injectors, best to run an adjustable fpr-but is meant for 4 bar fpr, vr6 maf, MBC or EBC, everything else like fmic and exhuast is up to you but the stock ones will limit the setup for sure.
