Do i have an issue (heat)?

Hey guys whats up? Ive noticed increased temps while driving recently. Ive only owned the car for about 3 months. During the previous cooler months my oil temperature reads around 150-175. Over the last two weeks i notice my temp levels at 200 degrees consistently. At one point, i believe that i have even seen them as high as 225. I drive a 2000 S4 with 48k.

The biggest concern that i have is that the car sounds like a semi everywhere i go now. It sounds like a big cooler or something just going "wooooshh" whenever i accelerate. What the hell is this and what is the problem?

    Thanks guys!

190-210F is perfectly fine, my temps fluctuate 15-20 degrees during the seasons aswell, if it gets near the 250+ range, start to be concerned

oil temp is fine at 225 - just check the oil level to make sure you aren't running low.

the 'whoosh' is something to look into right away. more than likely you have a boost leak. do a search here for 'pressure test' to see how you can find the leak.
