Vibration..

It seems like when i go over the rough railroad tracks at school, right when i go through them and get back onto normal road, the car vibrates for about 2-3 seconds. What is this? I have H&R's lowered to about 24 3/4, does that have anything to do with it?

Go slower, or avoid them altogether. Does it happen anywhere else?

I can't really avoid them cause they are on my way to school, but i do go crazy slow... Like 1mph over them and its just like a little vibration for like all of 2 seconds.. feels like its coming from my wheel well of the car. Its really strange.
