does anybody know if I can fit 24's on the Q7without modification? I went to the rim shop and I went with the intentions of buying 22's but they told me that 24's will fit. I need help before I order the wrong stuff

Yes 24" do fit - although 24" do not look as good as 23" ;D
Most of the 24" are only 10" wide and the 23" are 11" wide.

For 10x24" with (probably 295/40/24 or 315/35 R 24) check out these pictures:

For 11x23" with 315/25/23 look at these:

Just be careful, running on 24s makes the ride much harsher and there is a greater risk of bending wheels at that point with that little rubber.

If you take the Pirelli Pzero Nero in 275/25/24 - that tire has a load rating of 91W. That is way too low for the weight of the Q7. The Q7 needs a tire with a load rating of at least 100. I recommend 295 for 10" rims - You can choose 295/40 or 295/35 which looks better...

    For example the 295/35
    http://superbuytires.com/tires/model.../Parada+SpecX/

    Load Rating: 117V

That is definitely enough for the Q7

Amazingly good - at first I also thought it would be much worse. The opposite is the case - every customer that bought the 23" Rinspeed wheels was absolutely satisfied. Not only is the ride quality very good - the wheels do fit perfectly to the car. The wheels are 11x23" ET50 with 315/25/23 - avaiable for VW Touareg and Porsche Cayenne also. In my opinion they look like 24" if you compare it with the other pictures.
