B5 S4 Spacer and Lug help

Current rubber is horrible, and may be able to score some B6 18" AVUS with new Conti UHP summers for chicken feed prices.

Stock suspension on the B5 S4, but new pads, so I know the 18x8 45mm won't clear brakes. Most of my searches suggest I need 5mm hubcentric spacers and long luggies.

Finding these darn things is not proving easy (and I thought eBay sells everything).

    Who sells 'em separately?

And can anyone confirm: do I need 14mm or 12mm long lugs (assuming 14mm 1.25" with ball socket?).

Damn...just realized I need new caps too. 17 AVUS caps won't fit the 18's.

Make sure spoke design works with those large calipers, not just offset.
