Car battery question

So my car's battery died cuz I left hazards on.

Wednesday morning I turn it on - shit's dead as a doornail and i Jump it - the alarm is beeping and hazards are going mad fast

after 30 minutes i shut off car, unlock adn it goes away

that night car's dead again wtf? so i jump it

next morning, car's dead - took it to autozone, battery and alternator both fine

What i did notice was trunk won't unlock with the rest of the car ... could that be whats killing my batery?

also my RNS_e was auto muted but that fixed today after I jumped it again and this time my VAG mod windows won't go up ... although the Nav works now and so do my other vag mods

autozone said my battery was fine. but it wouldnt start. got a new battery anyways, and its perfect again.

Had a simmilar problem last week. There was a short in the windshield wiper relay causing the battery to drain. $900 later car was running fine.

Haha - I figured it out - apparently my RNS-E telemute wire was tryingto mute / unmute teh system over and overa gain and my trunk lock was releasing/locking over and over - eating away battery at night
