i have had this phone for just over 2 months. Phone is in excellent condition, there is minor scratches on back from being in my pocket, not major. Phone has never been dropped.

Everything that came with the phone will be included. The earphones are still wrapped in plastic and never been used. Phone will not come with a SIM Card. Used phones have been selling on ebay for around $400. The reason they are selling for what a new one costs is because you don't need a 2-year contract to use this phone it has already been activated, you just put in your sim card and you can use it. I suggest you get the data plan upgrade so you can use the web browsing, or just use the Wifi. The phone is currently on ebay for 379.95 or best offer plus shipping. I will sell it off ebay for cheaper due to me not paying any fees. There is nothing wrong with this phone i am just switching carriers. I will only accept paypal, and buyer MUST have a confirmed address.

I am an iPhone user myself, amazing phone and wouldn't even think about going to a different phone. There isn't another phone out there that even comes close to the web browsing capabilities and ease of use. Props to you though, I think I'm going to get rid of mine before the 3G iPhones come out mid-june. These phones will be going for like $250-300 shortly after their release.
