hey guys, saw this on supercars.net forums. not sure if its real or anything, but here it is. If its true, should be amazing

    http://www.supercars.net/PitLane?vie...D=2&tID=159474

"Audi is readying three direct-injection petrol engines for the A7: 2.8 FSI and 3.0-litre TFSI V6s and a 4.0-litre TFSI V8. Diesel options will include a 2.7-litre V6 unit, as well as both turbocharged and twin-turbocharged versions of the existing 3.0-litre V6 TDI."

"High-performance S7 and RS7 versions are being lined up. The RS7 will use a tweaked version of the RS6’s twin-turbo, 5.2-litre V10 engine, delivering 600bhp through quattro four-wheel drive and a new torque distribution system, which will make its debut on the S4." [O_O]

i think they are saying a5... both the new a6 and a7 will be based on the a5 platform

"A new platform underpins the A7, and it will also form the basis of the next A6. Based around the MLP (Modular Long Platform) matrix unveiled on the A5 last year, it concentrates as much weight as possible within the wheelbase for optimum weight distribution."

    are the repairs though?..

I was gonna get a CLS63 about 3 months ago but their prices just tank like crazy, In three years when I'd want to sell it I'd maybe get half of what I paid...

You can pick em up on ebay used with like 15k on em for 80-90k so when they have 70k on them?...tank alert!

Sexy fucking car though and balls to the wall fast.

the pic you put up, thats not a CLS63, thats a Brabus Rocket, which is... "the BRABUS S V12 S Biturbo engine is the most powerful TЬV- tested engine of German origin: The maximum power output of 730 hp / 537 kW is produced at 5,100 rpm. Peak torque is 1,320 Nm, but is limited electronically to 1,100 Nm, available from a low 2,100 rpm.

    In addition to the top speed of 362.4 km/h, limited electronically for street-legal operation to 350 km/h, the BRABUS ROCKET also offers acceleration at the highest level: 0 – 100 km/h in 4.0 seconds, 0 – 200 km/h in 10.5 seconds, 0 – 300 km/h in 29.5 seconds."
AMAZING. I will probably end up buying a CLS for my next car, let it depreciate a bit more :) here in Canada, they are around 100k new, and now you can find an 06 for about 60k with around 30-40km's on it, which is 15-20k miles. Another year or two they will be 45k which is when i'll buy one...
anyways back to the topic at hand, the A7, or more interestingly the RS7, which is going to be a AMG63 cls killer.

Re: not sure where to put this. Audi A7

The 3.0 turbo should be really sick. Audi is saying they will be tuned to the beat of 340hp. I am guessing that with a little aftermarket tuning in a couple years, those cars will be running over 400hp. Just with a chip. So throw in the intake, exhaust and DPs and vroom vroooom!!

....and just after BMW introduced the 335xi. I was thinking about possibly switching brands at some point, but now, that's really a tough decision when the time comes (like in 3 years when the first year models come off lease).

lol thanks dude, I know its a brabus car. I put it up there showing what cosmetically you can do to a cls and how they just look unreal...trust me I know my mbz's I've owned a brabus cl65 and a few other benz's.

and it might kill the cls63 but that cars been out for awhile now, so when mbz comes out with their new biggest and baddest, thats when things will get interesting.
