Need Help with Engine Noise! Help is appreciated!

Hey guys, so my brother recently bought a used 2005 A6 3.2 from the dealership in Greenwich. Anyways the car runs great, nice car inside and out, esp. the inside, can't beat it. ANYways, the motor makes this ticking sound and I wanted to know if it was something bad like valve tick or if its the normal sound of the motor. It just doesn't sound smooth. The idle sits dead perfect and there are no CELs car was inspected by Audi blah blah. Someone on AW told me its the normal sound of FSI. What the hell is that? Does anyone here agree?! Thanks

hey Brett, I was going to log onto AIM and ask you haha, but its @ idle that I hear it. Like the other day when he was over I popped the hood and listened to it I was stumped I was like what the hell!
