OEM RS6 wheels on 2.7T, would they fit?

I have a 2002 A6 2.7T and i want to get the rims from the 2003 RS6, i was told that the rims would not fit my car, but i know i've seen them on 2.7T cars. I was wondering what i would need to make them fit? how many mm spacers, etc...

the rims are 18"x8.5

the OEM RS6 wheels may not git due to the offset and width of the wheel. However you can pick up a set of replica RS6 wheels with your appropriate offset and go as big as 19/20 in :) look around the forum this is a popular application with the C5's as well as the C6's

They will physically fit your car, but they will stick out too far (ET30 offset). For rough esitmate, look at where the outside fo your wheel is now. Add 15mm for the difference in offset (ET45 vs. ET30), then another inch for the wheels width (8.5" vs. 7.5"). That is how much further out the wheels will stick out.

ET35 offset with 8" width wheels (and proper size tires) is ideal. Audi makes the Ultrasport/S-line wheel which is 18x8.5 ET43 offset, but those will not fit an A6 with the HP2 calipers up front (which were changed to the ATE calipers mid-year 2002).

yes will fit HP2 calipers with 245 tire no problems, what calipers do you have?

I have OEM Ronal RS6-style wheels from a 2006 B7 A4 S-Line. They're 18x8 with a 45mm offset and fit great...
