Visiting Atlanta

Was coming out to Atlanta for some business and wanted to know if anyone here knows anything fun to do while I'm in Atlanta. Any good shops, malls, sight seeing or anything. Im going to be in Downtown mainly. Thanks.

Perimiter mall, its in dunwoody... But if you are in the city you MUST GO TO THE WORLD OF COCA-COLA!!!! Its sweet! They have a bunch of shows and antiques, but you also get to try coca-cola products from all over the world!!! Great way to waste 2-3hrs! Its like $12-15 to get in but then all the flavors are free, and you get a coke in a glass bottle for free at the end! Also if your close to it check out the atlatic juntion or something like that, a huge strip of bars/clubs/restaurants/stores and also underground atlanta, its an entire mall underground... But try to get out of there while its still daylight if ya know what i mean!

^yeah, you don't want to be in the wrong parts of atl at night, especially in an audi.

I agree...aquarium, world of coke, (right next to each other) and maybe a 10 min drive up Peachtree St into Buckhead. Much more restaurants, shops, etc right off the main drag.

i went to the aquarium i personally thought it sucked for $30, it was like a giant fish store... They had nothing that you go to an aquarium attraction for, no dolphins, no killer whales, no great whites... But they do have penguines and it is HUGE!

Aquarium is nice. Easy attraction to choose what you want to watch.

Botanical gardens. Varsity Drive-In. Atlanta Fish Market. Stone Mountain. Kennesaw National Battlefield Monument. The General museum in Kennesaw. Perimeter Mall. Quattro's restaurant midtown. AutoMod. RingTec Atlanta. Andretti Indoor Karting.

Ah sweet thanks for the info, Im currently in Lawrenceville area going to be in Buckhead area tomorrow, definately think ill hit up the coca cola factory and might take a tour of cnn/turner and will prob head to lenox square mall.

Haven't done the malls; lived here since Jan and am just getting around. Have fun- CNN and Coke are very cool. Give Robin a pinch!
