esp,abs and brake light

I tried to do a search for this but I have very limited internet access since Im on vacation so I thought I would just post this question since my connection keeps dropping. I had to replace my battery and now my ESP and ABS light stay on and my brake light constantly flashes. I tried to turn the key into the number 2 postion for 5 seconds per the owners manuel to reset the engine management but still no luck. Any input would be appreciated, thanks..

brake light constantly flashing means either your bads are on the way out or you are low on brake fluid.

right, but none of these lights came on until after I changed my battery, is there some type of reset function that I need to do in order to clear the esp,abs and brake light flashing??
